Poly-Tek Fencing is suitable for flat or sloping blocks, minimizes onsite rubbish and waste and is ideal for narrow spaces between lots. There is no need for expensive strip footings as our Engineered Certified post system only requires 900mm individual footings.
Council approval isn’t necessary as our standard fence height falls within council guidelines.
Poly-Tek’s unique flexible surface membrane eliminates those unsightly cracks that will almost certainly appear in most block wall fencing.
The Poly-Tek fence system is manufactured using a lightweight insulated core sandwiched between 2 x 4.5mm FC (Fibre Cement) sheets which is then coated ‘in house’ with a render finish. Our product affords us a competitive edge by being ‘pre rendered’ and only requiring painting once installed.
